Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy regarding exam papers and remedial lessons.

Digital Products (Exam Papers)

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of exam papers are final and non-refundable.
• Once you purchase and download a paper, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• If you have not received your download link due to a technical error on our end, please contact support within 24 hours for a manual resend.

Remedial Lessons

• Refunds for remedial lessons must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
• If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduled session at your convenience.
